Days -7 & -6 campath and a new ward

Yesterday was a non eventful day ( I like those) I had another dose of fludarabine on the drip and was ok just abit of nausea and feeling cold during the night I also have a strange throbbing in the left side of my face thats yet to be figured out, I like to give the consultants a challenge ha!

Today i am sitting in the day room of the ELF ward waiting to move to a transplant ward, kind of disappointed that if i am still here at christmas I wont be on the ELF ward hehe.

Later I will start Campath also via drip into my Hickman line, They have warned It is most likely I will get a reaction to this almost if not straight away, maybe temperature, shivers and joint pains. After that I will have the fludarabine.

My Hickman is still very bruised the consultant said it is more bruised than expected but that could be because im on blood thinners, it gives my skin very flattering yellow tinges around my neck and front.
